The “C.A.R.I.P.”  - a system providing Advice and Support for Reinsertion and Professional Insertion (Conseil et Appui à la Réinsertion et à l’Insertion Professionnelle).

The CARIP professional insertion and reinsertion process is aimed at people wishing to create a revenue generating business, regardless of their status: first job, reinsertion of people who have left a job, etc.

The CARIP system, designed by Core Advice, provides beneficiaries with an integrated range of services that include a career orientation assessment, detailed and concrete information on economic growth sectors, a general training in small business management, a specific training depending on the profession, plus support and follow up during the initial stages of work.

  • The CARIP is a completely free of charge, formal, structured programme for the insertion and/or reinsertion of adults within the context of institutional and economic reforms.
  • The CARIP is a volunteer-based programme supported by a highly developed information and communication system.
  • The individual is at the heart of the process and the services and advice offered are a function of the economic and geographic opportunities.
  • The results of the professional career orientation assessment are used to determine and guide the way in which the reinsertion will be structured: the general and individual trainings are one step in the process, which is then completed by an individual tutorial-coaching element in the start up stage of the activity.
  • Its sustainability is guaranteed through its appropriation by national policy makers.

The CARIP is therefore one of the tools available to help solve employment issues.
